Copyright reports
Include your physical or electronic signature; identify the copyrighted work; identify the material and its Barsight URL or other location; provide contact information; state that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and state that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner. Barsight will review complete reports, may remove or disable access to identified material while reviewing, and will notify the submitter when material is removed.
Counter-notices
If you believe your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, email admin@aneuril.com with the subject “Copyright counter-notice.” Include your signature; identify the removed material and its former location; state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed because of mistake or misidentification; provide your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court; and agree to accept service of process from the person who submitted the report or that person’s agent. Barsight will forward a complete counter-notice to the reporting party. If no court action is reported, access may be restored no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after Barsight receives the counter-notice.
Repeat infringement
Barsight may suspend or terminate accounts of users or merchants determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
